Termination of Pregnancy
Medical termination of pregnancy
It is the procedure by which pregnancy can be terminated by the use of medicine. This method is useful in early pregnancy.
Surgical termination of pregnancy
Suction and evacuation can be performed as a day care procedure in most of the patients. The procedure can be done under cervical block or spinal anesthesia. It usually takes half an hour for the procedure.
Recovery:
- Cramps( like menstrual cramp) and spotting is expected after the procedure.
- You will get discharged on the same day
- Some medications are advised after the procedure
